Agreement Text Terms of Use (The following conditions is also legal information about your rights under the rules on distance selling and electronic commerce.)

  1. Overview All deliveries of lederhosen-shop.net to consumers (§ 13 BGB) is subject to these terms and conditions. Consumer means any natural person who enters into a transaction for a purpose that is attributable either commercial or their independent professional company.

  3. Offers and sales contract
    1. The presentation of products in the online shopen is not a legally binding offer, but an offer to purchase. Offer may contain errors.
    2. By clicking on the [Order] button, you place a binding order for the products listed on the order page. The purchase agreement is concluded when we accept your order with an order confirmation. e-mail sent immediately after receipt of your order.
  4. Return
    1. Consumers have a two-week return right. Terms Payouts You can cancel your contract within 14 days without giving reasons in writing (eg letter, email) or by returning the goods – the goods arrive before the deadline.     2. Returns: Cost when you exercise your right of withdrawal Do you use your legal right to withdraw from the contract (see return policy), you must pay the shipping costs for return.
  5. Prices and shipping costs
    1. The prices stated on the product pages are inclusive of VAT.

  6. Delivery

  7. Payment
    1. Stripe is used to process all card payments.
    2. You may only withhold payment against claims from the same contractual relationship.
  8. Retention of title Until full payment all goods shall remain our property.
